For the first wedding I decided to take on as a photographer, I couldn't have asked for a better one! (And not just because it was for my sister-in-law!) We had a beautiful, sunny, summer day to compliment their gorgeous country wedding. Boots, hats, barns, and wheat fields - all with a fun group of friends!


The time spent hand crafting the decorations, praying for no rain on an outdoor wedding, and counting down the days brought us to the perfect celebration of a couple!




I've known Alex for almost my whole life. We first met as children growing up in the same church, and once she started attending my school in junior high we became best friends. We then stepped that up by becoming family after I married her brother!


When Alex and Cole started out as a couple, it wasn't long before everyone knew he was the one! Pretty soon Cole had to endure all the not-so-subtle remarks of us waiting for their engagement. Which finally thankfully happened, bringing us to this beautiful day where they said their vows before friends and family in Alex's hometown of little ol' Gem, Alberta.
